There are four types of bandages and the most common type of bandage is the gauze bandage. It is a simple flexible woven strip of material that is made to cover up injuries and wounds . When it is used with dressing , the bandage is there to support and hold the dressing from movements of the body. Gauze can come in many different sizes, as in length and width. Bandages can be found in the pharmacy and any supermarket. It also can be found in every building with a first aid kit.
For this Assignment I’ve decided to play around with different ways of changing the material. Fire, plaster, flour, glue, paint and wool, these were the different materials I used. To see the difference it makes on the bandage. Experimenting with these objects really made a difference on my material, some were a fail some were successful.
